Basildon Cross Country Competition

Great Berry took teams of boys and girls from Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 to this year's Basildon Schools Cross Country Championship at James Hornsby School. 800 children from schools all across Basildon took part in the 8 races.  As usual it was it was muddy, but the weather was warm and sunny and three of our pupils won their age-group races.

Jack    Year 4 Boys

Jude 3rd Place Year 5 Boys
Ellie 3rd Place Year 6 Girls
Lewis 3rd Place Year 3 Boys

All these children have automatically qualified for the County Finals which are being held at Hylands Park on March 26th.

We are looking forward to the team results which should be sent to us by Friday!
