Netball match against Newtons 21-1-14
Newtons Primary School brought a Year 6 and a Year 5 team from Rainham to play against our Hi 5 Netball Teams. Both teams were nervous to start, but soon got into their stride, playing competitively.
Year 5 were losing in the first half of the game but then managed to pull back to level. A final gaol meant they won their match 8 - 7.
Year 6 were evenly matched with the Newtons Team, who have a lot of match experience. It was an end to end game which Newtons finally won 8 - 6.
Well done to both teams for playing competitively and showing a fantastic sporting attitude in thanking the opposition at the end. Great Berry School is proud of you all.
